WW: My Snow Angel

Another fun with photoshop post...its been a while - and I am really like the results of this one!!

Here is the original - this is from our day out in the snow on Sunday

I loved it as soon as I took it, but when I got opened it in Photoshop I realized that is was good...but could be better.

First things first - a digital nose wiping was required (used the healing brush tool and paintbrush tool - @80% opacity and 75% Flow)

Then a Pioneer Woman Boost, and some work on his eyes (adjusted for color and sharpened)

Finally some creative cropping and a little more random touch ups

I am so incredibly happy with the way this came out.  Now if I could only get a matching pic of Tommy I could finally get my Christmas Cards done!!  (maybe get them out by New Years!!)

  1. Great pictures.

    Merry Christmas!!!!!!

    Stopping from Seven Clown Circus.

  2. Oh wow!! That is awesome. I wish I could use photoshop like that but I have no idea how to do anything - even though you just told me. *sigh*

  3. Love the changes! The photo pops now.

I have Photoshop Elements and I'm learning how to do some of these things. Cropping...check. Eyes...check. Digital nose wiping...not so much. I understand opacity, but I don't know the term flow. I do like the results!

  4. I think my comment disappeared. I'm super impressed with what you did with your handsome guy! Happy Holidays!

  5. Funny in the snow
    Happy WW
