Meal Plan Monday (on Tuesday)

Last week was....well...honestly it was crazy...hectic....chaotic...
I think you get the idea.
We ate crap....
A little too much take out,
A little too much pre-fab, pre-made, pre-processed....

So this week I am bringing back the meal plan.
Taking that hour or so on Sunday,
Organizing the shopping list,
Ordering the necessary ingredients
(yes, ordering, thank you PeaPod)
And ensuring that weeks like that
Are the exception (not the rule).

Monday:
Pork Marsala with Spinach
herbed couscous

Tuesday:
Farfalle bake with escarole and zucchini

Wednesday:
Quick Pan Fried Chicken Breast
Cheese Crusted Squash

Thursday:
Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs
Crispy topped Brussel Sprouts and Cauliflower

Friday:
Take Out

Saturday:
BBQ Ribs
Corn
Carrots
Potatoes (?)

Sunday:
Parties/plans all day!!

Hoping this works
At least we have a plan in place
and know what food we have
and when to thaw the meat
and, more importantly, that we have meat.
Now the hubby and MIL can join in the fun too
I took out the hard part
figuring out what we'll eat...

Really hope this works!!

    And, grocery delivery? SO jealous!
