I'm a day late, but really, but that's how I do things around here.
Yesterday was my 4 year blogaversary!!
For 4 years I've been writing, journalling, connecting, reading.
4 years becoming part of this amazing community
4 years convincing my husband that its more than just a silly hobby
(maybe I'll finally win him over this year!!)
Through my blog I have made some amazing friends...
Some I have yet to meet in person,
Others I have been fortunate enough to see on several occasions
ALL have left a wonderful positive mark on my life!!
So now....here is where I wanted to leave some long eloquent post,
Where I captured how much blogging has given to me
How important my bloggy buddies are to me
But I am hurting and sore
{ran my 1st half marathon today}
So instead I'll leave you with some of my favorite post
And some of my favorite pictures
Of these last 4 years.
{{{and stay tuned I will have a couple giveaways this week to help me celebrate!!}}}
On becoming a runner
On how quickly they grow
On being THAT mother
On my amazing Grandmother
On my three little birds

4 Years and still Writing
Met Scary Mommy with the amazing group of RI Mom Bloggers I have met.
I was fortunate enough to be able to document much of my pregnancy with Olivia on my blog
And then there's these two
The inspiration for my blog from day one
So that's it
Happy Blogaversary to me.
Its been 4 amazing years

Congratulations on your four years of blogging, that is wonderful! LOVE the pic of you and Jill. She's so great, as are you. :) xoxo
ReplyDeleteThanks!! Its been a great 4 years, I've been fortunate to meet so many amazing women b/c of my blog (both in person and online)!!!
Delete4 years? Wow!! Congrats :). Can't wait to meet yuy "in person" in a few months after all if these years!
ReplyDeleteI'm counting down to BlogHer - I'm excited to meet you too - I can't believe how much we've "been through" together!!
DeleteCongrats on your blogaversary and making it through your first half marathon. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Michelle - I think yours was one of the first non-IRL-friend blogs I followed and really connected with!!
DeleteHooray for you! I will celebrate my 4th at the very end of this year. Some days I'm surprised I'm still at it and others I wonder how I'd ever go on without it. Blogging is weird like that.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it strange how it impacts us. Sometimes I feel like its a hinderance, like I'm tethered to the web b/c of my blog....but at the same time to have this outlet, this incredible personal space (that is so public at the same time!!)
DeleteHappy 4 years! That is a long time!!
ReplyDeleteThanks!! I can't believe I've stuck with it this long - I never stick with anything so long!!!
DeleteCongratulations on keeping up with it for 4 years!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks!! The best part is all the amazing people I've met over these past 4 years, both online and in person!!
DeleteCongratulations on this milestone - keep sharing!
ReplyDeleteThanks!! I can't imagine stopping anytime soon!!
DeleteWow, 4 years! I've just started and am already overwhelmed. This gives me hope. Congrats!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Mary!! Don't worry the more you get into it the more comfortable it becomes. Sometimes I feel like its just second nature to blog now!!
DeleteCongratulations on 4 yrs and the half marathon! Both are great accomplishments!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Stephanie!! I am very proud of both accomplishments!! (I'll be blogging about the half later this week!!)
DeleteCongratulations Liz! I count myself very lucky to have you as both an online blog friend, and a new real-life friend. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks!! I am thrilled that this past year I have met so many amazing bloggers locally!!
DeleteCONGRATS on 4 years!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks!! I am still in shock that I've stuck with it for so long, but happy that I did - especially since through my blog I have made so many amazing friends!!
DeleteI have had my blog for a while and just in the last 3 months have really started being inspired to write in it almost daily. I love to see that you've been so committed! Also, congrats on your half marathon...I (sort of) did one 3 days before my daughter's first birthday. And, after I'm done having babies, I hope to do one again (but better this time!!)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your 4yrs!!
