Its been a while, but I figured I flex my meager writing muscles with Mama Kat this week. (seriously check her out, she is crazy funny AND has one of my favorite weekly memes!!)
2.What was the last thing your child threw a temper tantrum over? Write a blog post from his/her point of view.
A glance into the complexities of the 4 year old mind:
Mommy I want to bring my paper to show at my school
I told her what I want to do so I can do it
Tommy is bringing his I want to bring mine
I saw you put it in that red folder and into his blue back pack
I don't have a red folder or a blue back pack
Here I'm taking it
She said no, why did she say no
Something about I don't have a folder
Well that's not my fault I don't have one
Tommy has one AND a blue backpack
I don't have either
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
That has to work, she hates loud noises.
Wait...now she is saying something about getting a folder at work?
I don't care that you have folders at work
I don't have one
or a blue back pack
I want to bring my periodic table of the elements to school
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
Please stop?!
Seriously?
Please stop?!
I will stop when I'm done
I want to show Miss Donna
All the elements are here
Including Helium
which makes balloons fly
or so you say
I'm a little dubious of that claim
Maybe if I had a blue backpack I would believe you
WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
Now she is asking why am I upset
Sometimes she can be so dense
I want to bring my freakin' periodic table to school
Tommy even wrote my name on the top
But I'll carry it in my hand and not let go
I would carry it in my blue backpack
but wait,
I don't have a blue backpack
really?
she is so lazy....
the only reason she wouldn't let me take it was because
she didn't want to carry it?!
I'll carry it home too
I don't know what she is complaining about
I'm the one who has to do all the screaming
and all the carrying....
and she's still talking....
she wonders why I never say anything.
Oh look a spider.....................

That's great! Love your writing style.
